في خرق سافر لجميع القرارات والمواثيق الدولية في شأن حقوق الانسان،تدخلت قوات القمع المغربية يومه الثلاثاء 13 فبراير 2024 بشتى تلاوينها وبدون سابق انذار ضد مواطنين صحراويين عزل في كل من منطقة : الظويفي ،اݣطي بابا علي، بولمعيرظات...ومناطق اخرى مجاورة ،بحيث قامت بهدم وحرق مساكن الصحروايين والعبث بممتلكاتهم.ناهجة السياسة الصهيونية المتمثلة في تهجير وتشريد ابناء الشعب الصحراوي الابي، بل اكثر من ذلك تطاولت على كرامة كهول وشيوخ وطننا المحتل، كما قامت قوات القمع المغربية بالهجوم ليلا على خيام الصحراويين النازحين بعد هدم مساكنهم وتهديدهم بالاعتقال ،ونذكر من بين العائلات المتضررة في منطقة بابا علي:
