Brief narrative

On 1 February 2022, Moroccan forces demolished 23 modest Sahrawi homes without warning in Amgriou (Tarfaya Province), preventing inhabitants to collect their belongings. The occupation authorities then enabled Moroccan settlers to remain there and profit from algae harvesting and plunder the abundant fisheries.[i]
