Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raze tents, structures of Ra’s al-Ahmar in Palestine’s Jordan Valley.
JORDAN VALLEY—The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday morning demolished tents and structures belonging to Palestinian citizens in Ras al-Ahmar hamlet of the northern Jordan Valley.
Local official Mu`taz Bisharat said that a bulldozer escorted by Israeli soldiers stormed Ra’s al-Ahmar and embarked on razing everything in the Bedouin area.
The IOF had carried out similar demolitions in the hamlet about one month ago.
The demolitions are believed to be part of an Israeli plan to force local residents in the northern Jordan Valley to leave their areas.
